Dear Owners at The Courtyards,
It is our pleasure to introduce ourselves as the new management of The Courtyards. We have been hired by the Board of Directors to oversee the day to day operations at The Courtyards and improve the state of the building and owner relations. Over the next several months we look forward to having conversations with each of you.
We understand that you likely have many questions and concerns regarding your weeks and the general operations of The Courtyards. Rest assured that we are working diligently to bring both the grounds and the books to the level you expect and deserve as an owner.

Goals
As a management company, we have three goals that your Board of Directors will hold us accountable towards:
Improve appearance of facility including updating individual units
Computerized record keeping
Establish much needed communication with owners
Progress
While still very early in our relationship with The Courtyards, we’re delighted to share some of the immediate improvements that have been made in collaboration with your Board of Directors:
New bedding, towels, dinnerware and flatware
Renovations of unit #5 underway
New, dedicated WiFi network
When you visit The Courtyards, your unit will be stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, coffee, and tea.
Long overdue maintenance project to fix draining and gutters by units #5 and #6
Some additional improvements we expect to complete in the New Year:
Replacement of all sofa beds
Replacement of some mattresses
Addition of an iron, ironing board, and hair dryers in each unit
Completed renovation of Unit #5
In the near future, we expect to repaint and re-furnish all units—dependant on our financial situation. Once these renovations are complete, we will work with RCI to increase the value of timeshare deposits.
