2019 Maintenance Fees

Remember — all fees must be paid before you can use your week or deposit your week with RCI.

Your early payment will go directly towards funding urgent roof repairs. The Board has voted for a long-overdue increase in fees:

Now that the taxes [have been] paid we are concentrating on planning and budgeting for immediate and necessary repairs. Our funds are very low. We currently do not have any savings or emergency money. That said, even though we are under tight financial constraints the future is not all doom and gloom. The rental market is strong and additional funds are anticipated through this avenue. It will be in addition to our annual dues.
As it should have been all along, dues are expected to be paid in full by November 1 each year. This year we are asking owners who are willing to please pay your 2019 dues as soon as possible to the provide necessary cash flow during these slow rental months of June, July, and August.
As we all know, there have not been any increase in dues for many, many, many years. Effective with 2019 dues the new fees are $495 for the 2-bedroom units and $460 for the 1-bedroom units. We are also providing a credit card option if that is more convenient for you. There is an additional $15 fee to cover the cost of the bank’s service fee.


1-bedroom: $460
2-bedroom: $495

Plus a $15 service charge for credit/debit card payments (to cover bank fees).
