Here's some information about your stay at The Courtyards.

Parking

With a walkability score of 95, there’s no need to rent a car for your stay. Streetcars, pedicabs, bike rentals, horse & carriages, and Lyft/Uber are widely available.

If you must bring a car, note that street parking is limited to 2 hours 7am-7pm. If you park illegally, you will be ticketed or towed. 

There is a paid parking lot 4 blocks away at Decatur and Elysian Fields. There is free street parking East of Elysian Fields and North of St. Claude Avenue.

Accessing your unit

A week before your arrival we will email you entry codes to the front gate and to your unit. You may drop off your luggage anytime after 11am, but we cannot guarantee the unit will be clean and ready before 4pm. 

Internet & CAble

Our wifi network is called The Courtyards and the password is streetcar.

To watch TV, ensure that both the TV and cable box are turned on.
